chocolate: the mayan “food of the gods”

everyone knows that chocolate is as divine a food as exists, but what many people don’t know is that pure chocolate is actually a tremendous source of vitamins and minerals. some studies show chocolate contains more antioxidants than blueberries or red wine. if that doesn’t sell you than nothing will…

main benefits: contains magnesium, copper, iron, zinc, beta-carotene, chromium, phosphorus, calcium, polyphenols, serotonin, potassium, procyanidins, flavanols, vitamins A, B, C, D, and E

do you like chocolate?
